Carnival Mardi Gras Playlist Performer | February - September 2024
John worked as a playlist performer on the Carnival Mardi Gras from February to September of this past year! He had the pleasure of singing and dancing in Carnival-exclusive shows such as Broadway Beats, Rock Revolution, and Celestial Strings, while traveling throughout the Caribbean and Mexico! Special thanks to his agents Cameron and Craig at Centermark Entertainment for having procured him this opportunity!
Alphabet Soup; How to Fight Loneliness | Jan 2023
John has had the pleasure taking part in Romina De La Puente’s ALPHABET SOUP: HOW TO FIGHT LONELINESS. The short film has been officially selected for multiple festivals as well as awarded with merit (Best Shorts Competition). Keep an eye out, as the short will be available for public streaming soon!
Tomorrow by David Taylor Little | NYC Short Play Festival, February 2023
John appeared as Brad in TOMORROW, a new play by David Taylor Little. The 10-minute production took place during week two of NYC Short Play Festival at the Player’s Theatre in the West Village.
Broadway Comes to Connecticut | Fall 2022
John had the honor of performing selections from West Side Story for The Hispanic Health Council’s annual gala celebrating Hispanic heritage month. The gala was directed Freddy Ramirez and choreographed by Maria Torres (Four Guys Named Jose, Enchanted, Swing!).
Graduation & Showcase | Rider University Class of 2022
John graduated from Rider University this past May with a BFA in Musical Theatre and BA in English Literature. Additionally, he took part in a virtual class of 2022 showcase, which is now officially streaming!
Rocky Mountain Rep. | Summer 2022
John spent the summer of 2022 at Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre in beautiful Grand Lake, CO. He understudied the role of Frankie Valli in addition to playing Joe Pesci in JERSEY BOYS, while also cast as ensemble in both CINDERELLA and DESPERATE MEASURES!
Pride & Prejudice | Fall 2021
John appeared as Mr. Darcy in Rider University’s production of PRIDE & PREJUDICE, directed by C. Ryanne Domingues (Artistic Director of Trenton’s Passage Theatre Company).
Working | Spring 2021
John appeared as a Background Vocalist / Man 1 Cover in Rider University’s production of WORKING, directed by T. Oliver Reid with music director Andy Hudson. The production was streamed on May 14th and 15th, 2021.
Xanadu | Spring 2021
John was set to appear as Sonny Malone in Rider University’s production of XANADU, directed by T. Oliver Reid in May, 2021. This production, however, was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19.
